Have you ever thought that what this is about
We all dream amazing things , supernatural, superstition, fantasy
and more...
But on the other side we also face some dark dreams.. bad dreams
maybe. Like demonic thoughts in dreams
Since it all remains only in our dreams when we wake we're likely
to react about it
As we know these all are only in our dreams and so we don't care..
we really don't have to its natural
But have you ever thought what would it be like if you wake up early
in the morning or anytime from sleep and you can't even move, can't even see,
eyes closed body paralyzed wouldn't it be a baddest dream you will ever have
For me it was the same and more than the baddest one
Yes.. it happens and it is
Sleep paralysis
This new word i learned about it when i experienced it
I was so terrified about this thing
I told to my near ones but it was not an issue they said
It could be a bad dream they said
But i realized it was real when it recurred
it was winter when i first realized i think
And was a point of stress for me since i did not got any
information from others any clue that was this thing is
After knowing the fact from the internet, and few days later i got
relaxed that it is normal, i don't know about that it has a proper medication
for this, but it was a great relief for me knowing that it is normal and many
people also face these issues.
After some time i made my own thoughts and ideas that how can i let it
happen very less to make i can not control it for happening or not. But can

~making yourself busy will actually make your body tired and you
can get a better amount of sleep
~during sleep paralysis don't panic and don't try to move don't stress yourself
For me it lasts for a minute or few seconds only so don't panic ,
breath constantly and deeply while you're in a conscious state of mind
~have a proper and good diet
~ drink water
~ doing exercises
~ don't think too much about anything
Even if now i face through this issue I don't panic
As i have heard being panic is letting yourself putting into a
stressful situations
But it is a common thing don't just think so much about it
If you really have an issue about the same do consult doctors need fully.
